On the other hand, perhaps you are looking for ideas to make your master bathroom attractive. From buying glass shower doors to selecting the other decor, here are some ideas that might help you.
Start With the Shower Treatment - Maybe in the past you have always used shower curtains. Although there are certainly beautiful ones in many different styles, you might be tired of having to wash them. Plus, there's the fact that they sometimes cling to your body while you're trying to get clean, right?
Think about buying glass shower doors instead of shower curtains. The initial cost might be a bit more expensive, but in the long run, you'll probably save money, as the shower doors will last for an extremely long time.
When you select the shower doors, consider whether you want a towel rack as part of the design. And, consider the kind of hardware you want. For example, do you prefer brass or chrome? If you're not replacing your cabinets, think of matching the towel rack to the knobs on your cabinets. Or, go with the same metal that the sink hardware is made of.
Select the Other Decor - Are you keeping your existing countertops? If so, that will save you some money. However, if you are getting new countertops, think of the kind you want. For example, if you want a serene look in your master bathroom, think about choosing off-white granite countertops. For a more dramatic look, tile in bright colors would be perfect.
Maybe you are keeping the cabinets you already have, but you want to give them a new look. If that's the case, choose a color that will complement the color of your countertops. For example, if you went with turquoise for the color of your tile, choose a very light shade of turquoise for the cabinet paint. You can even change the knobs on the cabinets. For example, if you went with the light turquoise for the color of the paint, choose bright turquoise cabinet knobs.

When the time came to invest in a new patio door, I thought that something other than the older sliding glass door would be nice. That's when a friend suggested I look into the idea of installing French doors. After taking a look at the space, the contractor talked with me about how we could design the doors and achieve the look I had in mind. What I ended up with was actually two sets of French doors with a narrow stained glass window in between. I still had plenty of natural light coming into the space, but I also had the graceful look of the doors. If you are wondering if French doors are right for your home, let's talk.
